Marsha Ray

Marsha serves as OPVEON's President. She is responsible for managing a team of Trial Technology Consultants, Creative Services Specialists, Production Specialists, and administrative professionals.

By profession, Marsha is a Certified Trial Technology Consultant (CTTS) and former paralegal. Over the course of her career, Marsha has had the opportunity to work on all types of complex litigation. Everything from multi-jurisdictional commercial litigation to contract disputes, employment law cases, construction law, business torts, breach of fiduciary duty actions, estate claims, fraud actions, property damages, products liability and complex divorce and family law matters.   

Her organizational and case management expertise has helped to minimize the stressors of trial preparation and maximize efficiency in the courtroom.

With OPVEON's acquisition of Litgistix in July 2022, Marsha's role expanded. Today, in addition to all of her duties on the litigation side of OPVEON's business, she is also responsible for a team of employees in OPVEON's non-legal/non-litigation business line - OPVEON Creative. Although she is new to the digital print and creative services world, she is not new to business. She brings her many talents and management expertise to this business unit and together, she and her team are blazing trails in the digital print world.

Marsha is married to Jim Ray, a military veteran. Together, they have three children.
