Marsha Ray – President

As our President, Marsha Ray leads our Legal Services division, including our litigation production team, with vision and expertise. With years of experience in the legal industry, Marsha is dedicated to ensuring that OPVEON delivers the highest quality of service. Her leadership fosters a collaborative environment where every team member is empowered to excel, ultimately benefiting our clients.

Rick Lang – Manager | Litigation Production Team

Rick Lang serves as the Department Manager, overseeing the day-to-day operations of our litigation production center. His team is responsible for fulfilling all copying, scanning, printing, e-discovery processing, and trial preparation tasks requested by our clients. His extensive background in the litigation support industry allows him to effectively manage projects and ensure that our clients receive timely and accurate support. Rick is passionate about implementing efficient processes that enhance our service delivery, and is highly regarded by employees and clients alike. Rick also

served our country honorably in the United States Navy. We are proud of his service to our clients and honor his service to our country.

Tom Overgaard – Assistant Manager

Working under Rick, Tom Overgaard is one of our Assistant Managers who plays a key role in supporting our litigation production team. Tom's attention to detail and commitment to quality ensure that every project meets our high standards. He is always ready to step in and provide solutions to keep projects on track. Tom has over 30 years’ experience in the printing and litigation support industry. Tom was born in Denmark and immigrated with his family to Tulsa in 1969, at the age of 6, and has lived in in the United States since. Tom is a 1987 graduate of the University of Kansas. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering.

Roberto Montero – Assistant Manager

Also serving as an Assistant Manager under Rick, Roberto Montero brings valuable skills and experience to our team. His collaborative approach and problem-solving abilities contribute to the smooth functioning of our operations. Roberto has been in the print industry for over a decade. He began his career as a graphic designer. As he progressed in his career, Roberto began managing large commercial print shops and has held various other roles in the printing industry. His professional skills bring enhanced workflow efficiencies. Roberto grew up in New Jersey and is of Cuban descent. He has a bachelor's degree in Business Management from Palm Beach Atlantic University and also holds a degree in Computer Electronics. Roberto is bi-lingual, speaking both English and Spanish, and is currently working on learning French as a third language.

Brian Grossman – E-Discovery Expert

Brian Grossman is our in-house E-Discovery expert, specializing in the management and analysis of electronic data for legal cases. His extensive knowledge of e-discovery processes ensures that our clients have access to the information they need when they need it. Brian's expertise helps streamline workflows and enhance case preparation. Little known fact, Brian is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant. He brings both his business and legal skills to the table for the betterment of OPVEON’s clients.

Nick Halter – Senior Account Manager

As our Senior Account Manager, Nick Halter is the primary point of contact for our clients. He is dedicated to building strong relationships and understanding client needs to deliver tailored solutions. Nick's proactive approach ensures that our clients receive the support they need throughout their legal journeys. Nick holds a bachelor’s degree in Business from Oklahoma State University and has spent his entire professional career in the print industry.
