Communication Value

Here’s something to consider:

93% of all communication is non-verbal. (according to a UCLA study)

How about this:

Studies show that, after 72 hours, people remember only 10 percent of what they hear, 20 percent of what they see, but an amazing 65 percent of what they see and hear. (ABA Article)

Those two numbers speak volumes to how our culture has changed! It is no longer acceptable to present simple facts written in a paper or to give someone a document to read. Our presentations must communicate concise stories that effect – not affect – the audience.
