About
Opveon has become one of the most well-rounded and full-featured legal technology service providers in the market. We didn’t start that way though. Opveon is the product of two completely separate people focused on one goal. Making litigation more efficient and effective through the use of technology.
April Ferguson
April J. Ferguson, a founding member of Opveon, is one of the most well respected and technically advanced trial consultants in the midwest legal market. She has worked on large pieces of complex litigation in both federal and state jurisdictions around the country, including assisting clients in front of arbitration panels, corporation commissions, and other administrative agencies.
April focuses her practice on theme development, trial strategy, case management, and the effective use of technology. Her case experience includes personal injury cases, products liability, bad faith insurance disputes, environmental cases, employment law including sexual harassment and gender discrimination, condemnation proceedings, zoning issues, medical and professional malpractice, nursing home litigation, business and bankruptcy disputes, False Claims Act cases, and others.
Her battle-tested abilities in cases large and small make her an invaluable asset to any trial team.
Jason Wietholter
Jason Wietholter has always had the knack when it comes to computers and technology. Enamored by photography and videography at a very young age, Jason has spent years as a wedding and event videographer, editing TV shows, putting on live events, and working in virtually every position in a production environment.
Those skills, technologies, and insights gained from years of work in production were a perfect fit for the legal field.
His thorough knowledge of technology allows him to solve any problem a client might have without breaking the bank. The strategies learned from producing compelling multimedia content lend themselves well to the litigation environment because communicating a client’s story is paramount.
His intuition and discipline allow Jason to recognize the distinctive needs of his clients and effectively manage projects to consistently outperform expectations and transform audience’s perceptions.
The combination of legal and technology was a no-brainer. Now, Opveon is a turnkey technology vendor with services that cover the gamut of needs that attorneys might have in representing their clients.
We get the opportunity to services clients across the country and are backed by a great team of consultants and support staff.
