April J. Ferguson is one of the most well respected and technically advanced litigation consultants in the legal industry. She has worked on large pieces of complex litigation in both federal and state jurisdictions around the country, including assisting clients before arbitration panels, corporation commissions, and other administrative agencies. With her strong legal, technical, and case management background, she is frequently asked to consult on cases both from a technical and case management stand-point, specifically in cases involving electronic discovery.
April is a frequent speaker at continuing legal education seminars for both attorneys and paralegals on case management and electronic discovery topics and has served as an adjunct professor in the Legal Assistant Program at Tulsa Community College.
